As Principal Planner of K.F. Event Designs I blend my background in history, the arts, and hospitality to create celebrations that feel timeless, inspired and deeply personal.

My two greatest privileges every day are the opportunity to design unforgettable events for our deserving clients and continue to grow our event team through the story driven process that defines our work.

Experiences

  • Our signature service for busy clients who want a fully customized, dreamy event from the engagement to send off.

    We oversee every aspect of planning and design with intention, care and creativity—from the perfect venue choice, building a cohesive visual story, choosing and managing vendor teams to ensure that every detail is flawlessly executed.

    You’ll have final approval for our designs, and will depend on us to handle design plans, logistics, and timelines with confidence and care.

    What’s Included:

    • Budget breakdown and tracking

    • Venue recommendation, research & selection guidance.

    • Full creative direction including design plan mock-up

    • Full weekend timelines

    • Layout designs and floor plans

    • Comprehensive event production and coordination for all single through multi-day events

    Investment:

    Begins at $7,500 for events with budgets of $80,000 or less.

    For events above that budgetary threshold, a 10% planning and production fee applies.

    All experiences are fully customizable with additional services available

  • For the client who’s drawn to our signature and wants expert creative direction-but already has an onsite event coordinator in place.

    This package is designed for those who want a beautifully cohesive wedding plan, thoughtful design guidance, and vendor recommendations. Whether you are planning from afar, or simply prefer a hybrid, hands-on approach, we’ll provide the insight, vision and support to get you and your coordination team through the

    Your virtual planning journey will be supported by, an initial design survey call, a complete design mock-up, a detailed planning checklist, a curated vendor list tailored to your aesthetic, location and budget- all crafted with our signature style and attention to detail.

    This Package Includes:

    • 1 Initial planning and design survey call

    • Custom comprehensive event design board

    • In depth event planning checklist

    • Direct sms text access to your event designer from the time of booking

    • Vendor scouting and recommendations

    • 1 final virtual planning call as we hand-off all details to you and your coordination team.

    Investment: $3000 (Does not include onsite event management or coordination on the Day of the event)

    Our team is open to sign NDA’s for a negotiable rate.

  • For the couple hosting a tight knit group,(30 guests or less), with an appreciation for our signature style, and a desire to simply press the easy button.

    This streamlined, aesthetic package delivers a beautiful stress free wedding day where every detail is handled, and every detail is styled with intention. Start with a style and color meeting then allow us to lead the way.

    This experience includes 3 planning touchpoints—an initial style survey meeting, 1 style & logistics approval meeting and 1 final review meeting. Then simply show up and enjoy your celebration.

    Your celebration includes:

    • All décor & simple fresh florals

    • Ceremony décor and backdrop

    • Heavy appetizer service

    • Wedding cake

    • Aesthetically styled bar with beer and wine service

    • Printed welcome sign and seating chart

    • Personalized guest book

    • 4 hours of professional photography

    • 4 hours of professional DJ service

    • Ceremony planning and direction

    • Event direction from start to finish

    Investment:

    Begins at $5,000

    All experiences are fully customizable with additional services available

  • Designed for photographers who want to capture elevated, editorial-quality imagery in a fully styled environment. Each event is curated with our signature romantic aesthetic—complete with thoughtfully designed tablescapes, ceremony settings, and uniquely attired models —giving you the opportunity to expand your portfolio with refined, timeless content.

    We keep our shoots intentionally intimate, limiting participation to 8 photographers per event to ensure space, time and access for each attendee.

    Participant information:

    • We are currently accepting waitlist applications for our next seasonal shoot

    • Small groups experience rotating access to multiple styled vignettes

    • Opportunities to gain access to some of middle Tennessee’s most beautiful venues

    • Scheduled downtime to meet and network with other photographers and vendors

    Investment:

    Begins at $400 per photographer, once the shoot is announced.

  • For corporate clients who want:

    A seamless, elevated event experience that blends professional execution with creative storytelling to wow their employees and attendees.

    Investment:

    Logistics coordination packages start at $2,000

    Full event Design and Coordination begin at $3500 for events with a budget of $40,000 and below

    For events above that budgetary threshold, an 8% planning and production fee applies.
